With Thanksgiving nearly upon us, it’s almost time for the 4th annual 12 Days Before Christmas Book Giveaway. In years past, I’ve participated in this giveaway, hosted at Bible Geek Gone Wild by Shaun Tabatt. This year, I’ve teamed up with Shaun, and the giveaway will be held across three of our websites:

The giveaway will run from December 13th through the 24th, with a new contest taking place each day. Be sure to stop back later in December and try your hand at some of the contests for a chance to win some fabulous prizes.

I recently reviewed The Essence of Christian Doctrine by Martin Murphy. This little book is an excellent primer on the Christian life and would make for good discipleship material.

Well, the author informed me there is an updated edition available now of his book, and he’d like to offer two giveaway copies to the readers of my blog. Life of John Knox Book Giveaway

Attic Books (an imprint of New Leaf Publishing), has graciously offered to sponsor a giveaway of their recent title, Life of John Knox. This book is a beautiful reproduction of a classic biography of the great Scottish Reformer written for the American Sunday School Union way back in 1833.
